NYSDEC MS4 Stormwater Compliance

Every Village in Nassau County is responsible for complying with an NYSDEC Stormwater Discharge Permit (MS4). We have developed a Stormwater Management Plan that educates the public with the ultimate goal of protecting the water quality of the Manhasset Bay and Mill Pond.

Below are several useful links to pages to help reduce waste. This page will be updated to describe the permit program, requirements, and how the Village is complying with the program.
