PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Port Washington North hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for the Bay Walk Park Improvements – Phase 2 contract. Sealed proposals will be opened by the Village Clerk of the Village of Port Washington North on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 12:00 noon at the Village Hall, Village of Port Washington North, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, NY 11050 for:
BAY WALK PARK IMPROVEMENTS – PHASE 2
Each Bidder is required to attach a non-collusion statement pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law. Specifications may be picked up at the Village Hall on or after March 2, 2016 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for the Contract Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or Bid Bond payable to the Village of Port Washington North in the amount of 10% of the Bid.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any or all Bids, waive any informality in the Bids and accept the Bid which is deemed most favorable in the interest of the Village of Port Washington North. The Board will use its discretion to make judgmental determination as to its bet estimate of the lowest Bidder.
