A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North was held on Thursday, June 24, 2004 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, One Soundview Drive, Port Washington, New York.

Present: Mayor - Thomas J. Pellegrino

Trustees - Steven Cohen

- Gary Levi

- Michael Schenkler

- Robert Weitzner

1. The Board discussed the applications being prepared for the Village to submit for New York State grants from the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and from the Department of State Division of Coastal Resources with its grant writer Victor Cornelius of Endeavor.

2. On motion of Trustee Weitzner, seconded by Trustee Levi, it was unanimously

RESOLVED that the claim of Endeavor for grant writing services be and hereby is approved in the amount of $5,000.00 for payment.
